Earlier in 2018, the College involved its students in a project that would see the perimeter wall of the College brightly lit by the street lights using solar power technology.
It was a combined initiative of both Electrical Technology and Mechanical Maintenance Technology departments of the College.

Mechanical Maintenance students were engaged in fabrication and erection of the poles whereas Electrical students did the wiring and installation of solar panels on the poles.
Thanks to our students there is sufficient light around the College at no extra cost.
