Position: College Marketer.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative College Marketer to join our Marketing/Admissions & Communications team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our college’s programs, enhance our brand presence, and engage prospective students. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
- Collaborate with academic departments to highlight programs and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the higher education landscape.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Create engaging content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, including open houses and college fairs.
- Build relationships with community partners and local schools to enhance outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the higher education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and web content management systems is a plus.
