A note from the principal’s office

A country cannot advocate for industrialization without strengthening technical institutions. More so, the method of content delivery in those technical institutions cannot be left un-attended. Eastlands College of Technology in its endeavour to bring change in the realm of strengthened technical institutions graduated its first group, the class of 2019, in December 2019. It is a one of a kind vocational training institution.

This has taken a lot of effort from trainers and mentors both at the College and in the Industry. Benefactors and partners far and wide have also played a significant role into bringing about our realization of a life-changing institution.

We can proudly say that the Kenyan Dual Training System (DTS) actually works. Through the faces of the youth that have graduated through our system, I can proudly say that we have seen living conditions raised. I can further attest that a true per aspera ad astra has taken place.

We have a well-equipped college, top notch trainers and staff, and an array of industry partners with whom we link our students for industry-based training as well as job placement. Our facilities include three state-of-the-art, well equipped workshops, a large sports playground and a chapel to cater for the needs of our students.
