Visitors streamed in at 11.00 am and were given a tour of the College. The main speakers arrived later to begin the forum at 12.30 am. A highly interactive question and answer session then began as businessmen were eager to know more from the  professionals. This was a rare chance for them to directly ask questions and get answers immediately from experts in the banking sector.

The forum ended at 03.00 pm with the participants getting a treat of refreshments and one-on-one sessions with the main speakers. The main objective of these fora is to empower business people and prospective business people through group mentorship. ISBI offers a course in basic entrepreneurship skills in which participants are taken through incubation and mentorship programs to help them begin or grow their businesses.
