On Wednesday 18th May in the afternoon, a group of NITA students from Eastlands College of Technology went for a visit at the Sinai, Paradiso slums. These students who have been sponsored by KCB Foundation were being given a real life experience in Life Skills to give back to society. They met a mother of 4 who was HIV positive with one of the sons being deaf. It was a great experience to the students who appreciated the fact that one need not be rich to give. Giving oneself to others will suffice.
